Support the Germany team by buying a T-shirt

Posted in News By Cameron Harwick on

The Germany mission trip is almost upon us, and we’re making a final fundraising push! We’re selling the T-shirt design seen to the left, courtesy of Jonathan and Graham’s T-shirt services, for $12 each, so you can support a good cause and show your Carolina pride at the same time. They are available in black (shown) and pink, and the caption says “Some were born to lead”. If you’d like one, they’re being sold on Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings outside the meeting room. Alternatively, you can contact us to order one.

New Website

Posted in News By Cameron Harwick on

Welcome to the new Campus Crossroads website! We’re excited about the possibilities this will open up for us online, so expect to see it grow in the near future. Be sure to stop by often for the scoop on what’s new, important, or on our minds. If you have any questions/comments/suggestions/”where the heck is the old website”, please drop a line to the site admin or the pastor and we’ll do our best to work things out.

Thanks, and God bless!

William Randolph

Posted in Student Spotlight By Cameron Harwick on

William Randolph

Name: William Richard Randolph
Age: 20
Year: Senior (kinda)

Q: Where are you from?
A: I grew up in Fayetteville, NC then moved to Lenexa, KS for 10 years.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: I love reading, drinking coffee, and planning various adventures that I will likely never go on. I love to work out and exercise.

Q: What is the last book you read that wasn’t a textbook?
A: I just finished Blood Done Sign My Name by Timothy Tyson and The Long Walk by Slovomir Rawicz

Q: Do you play sports? Which ones?
A: I fence on the UNC Fencing Team. I’ll also play pick up games of just about any other sport imaginable.

Q: Who are the top 3 musical artists you like?
A: Streetlight Manifesto, Elliott Smith, and Hobo Jazz

Q: Describe your perfect day.
A: First, wake up with a light drizzle with cool crisp air and go for a jog. Spend the afternoon hanging out with friends or reading. Watch a movie in the evening and go to bed early (For some reason, that feels like I’m writing for a dating service).

Q: What has Campus Crossroads meant to you?
A: Campus Crossroads has been a place where I have been able to freely express my faith and had people with whom I can discuss my problems. I have been able to have wonderful fellowship and form a close community with men and women with whom I share a faith in Jesus Christ.
